5 months old...

I'm a day early to post, but it's a busy life of a Mommy ;-) We now have a 5 month old little girl...she is growing up so fast & getting prettier every day! We can't imagine our lives w/out her now that we have her. Being parents has really changed us for the better.

Now that Jordan is 5 months she talks, talks, talks...I wonder where she gets it from. ;-) She also loves to tell lots of stories...scream, laugh, spit w/ her tongue or vibrate her lips together. She makes us smile everyday. She is eating oatmeal two times a day & has 3 bottles as well. She is a great sleeper...1 nap in the morning, 1 nap in the afternoon & to bed for the night by 7:30 & up for breakfast @ 5:30/6:00. She is now 27 inches long & weighs 17 lbs. She just won't stop growing. We are still amazed by her everyday!

In her 5 months of life Jordan has traveled to Wisconsin to her Grammie & Papa's cabin twice. She has also been to Michigan (the U.P.) & to Indiana. Nate, Jordan & I went this past weekend to visit our friends for the weekend. Jordan was so good while we were there. She was even a good girl in the car ride for 4 hours there & back...got a bit fussy the last hour on the way home, but even Nate gets fussy in the car after 2 hours. Haha. She has his ants in the pants.

Jordan has been trying to rollover, but she just can't get over her big biceps ;-) When she is doing her tummy time she is kicking her legs & swinging the arms....she'll get it all together one day...until then it is hilarious to watch. She wobbles on her belly like she is a teeter totter.

Nate & I are doing well....love being parents! Doozer is in love w/ her little "sister" Jordan...she is always laying next to her no matter where she is. We catch her opening the door to her room wider so she can go in there & lay by the crib. We are so thankful that our dog is so gentle & loving....Jordan smiles all the time when Doozer is around, too. It's a mutual love!
